1. About FAQ-Tool
FAQ-Tool is an online SaaS service that allows users to automatically generate SEO-friendly FAQ answers based on Google Search Console data and artificial intelligence.
By using FAQ-Tool, you agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with (any part of) these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of the service
FAQ-Tool offers the following functionality:
- Connection with Google Search Console to import search queries.
- Automatic generation of FAQ answers via AI (OpenAI).
- Management of multiple websites/projects (depending on subscription).
- Exporting generated FAQs as CSV.
- Schema markup generation (Pro and Business plan).
We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable advance notice.
3. Account and access
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not transfer your account to a third party.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these terms.
- One account per email address is permitted.
4. Subscription plans
FAQ-Tool offers the following subscription plans:

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
5. Payments
- Payments are charged monthly automatically via Stripe.
- The first payment is made when the subscription is started.
- Payments are processed in euros (EUR).
- If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. After multiple failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to the free plan.
- Invoices are available via the Stripe portal (Billing → Manage subscription).
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe portal.
- After cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for already invoiced periods, unless required by law or otherwise agreed.
- In case of technical outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, you may contact us for a possible credit.
7. Acceptable use
It is not permitted to use FAQ-Tool for:
- Generating content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Spam, misleading content or black-hat SEO practices.
- Automated abuse of the API or circumventing usage limits.
- Activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service to third parties without written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The AI-generated FAQ answers are, once created, the property of the user. FAQ-Tool retains the rights to the underlying software, platform and brand identity.
You grant FAQ-Tool a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your input data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
9. Liability
FAQ-Tool is not liable for:
- Indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit resulting from the use of the service.
- The quality, accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
- Changes to the Google Search Console API or loss of GSC connection.
- Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures.
- Acts or omissions of third parties (Stripe, Google, OpenAI, Supabase).
FAQ-Tool's liability is in any case limited to the amount you have paid to FAQ-Tool in the past 3 months.
10. Availability
We aim for 99.5% availability per month but do not guarantee this. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from interruptions.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. For material changes, you will be notified by email with 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the service after the effective date, you accept the amended terms.
